Main Hotel Features
Armenia Marriott Hotel Yerevan has two wings. Just behind the building framing Republic Square is rising the second tower. The buildings are connected by a nice bridge-passage taking to the meeting facilities and administrative offices. In the second building that is called the Ararat Wing, there are mainly Deluxe rooms, and each of them has a nice balcony. The rooms looking to the south have a beautiful view to Mount Ararat. The hotel has a spacious and well-equipped gym, massage room, gift shop, 24-hour full business center, beauty salon, and relaxing piano music every evening in the lobby-lounge bar. Armenia Marriott Hotel also has the only executive floor and amenities in Yerevan. The hotel is also offering dry cleaning services.

Rooms
The rooms in Armenia Marriott Hotel Yerevan are equipped according to all the modern requirements for an upscale hotel. All the rooms have a TV set with satellite channels and pay-per-movie channels (in suites there are 2 big TV's), a sofa and an arm-chair, a workdesk, wired hi-speed internet, 2 direct dial phones with voice-mail, bathroom with bathtub with shower, inroom safe, iron with ironing board, a minibar and a walk-in closet.
Single Deluxe: These rooms are relatively small, most of them with a queen size bed, and they are all facing the courtyard of the hotel.
Deluxe: This is the most prevailing type of rooms in the hotel. The rooms in Ararat Wing have a nice living room and a comfortable sleeping room. The TV set is placed in the sleeping room. All the bathrooms have a bathtub with shower. Rooms located on the southern side of the Wing have a nice view to Mount Ararat. All the rooms in Ararat Wing have nice balconies, which are especially pleasant on a mild evening of a summer day.
Deluxe rooms in the main building almost all differ from each other. They are all comprised of one room, and depending on the location of the room in the building their size and set-up may vary. They do not have balconies, but all the other amenities are the same. Some guests like the rooms in Ararat Wing, while others like those located in the main building. Just a matter of taste.
Deluxe rooms with the Republic Square view cost 9000 AMD more than the regular rooms.
Superior Deluxe: These few rooms are probably the best rooms of Armenia Marriott Hotel. The rooms are very spacious and all with a stunning view to Republic Square. One of them has a nice balcony. These rooms are a little expensive, but the experience definitely worths the money.
Executive Level Deluxe: The 6th and 7th floors of the main building are considered Executive with the enhanced service level. There is a beautiful Executive Lounge in between the floors with a nice balcony overlooking Republic Square, where the guests of the floor can spend great time watching TV, reading newspapers and having snacks and beverages.
